it’s what’s for dinner tonite.
i fudged the recipe coz i didn’t have buttermilk but did have almond milk. not sure if that was ok but i have two cornish hens marinading in the fridge since noon so….oh, well.
the basic flavor was lemon and garlic until i added the paprika and almond milk, which made it rather sweet (never having used buttermilk i don’t know if that was supposed to be the result).
not too worried about it in any event. you can’t really screw up a roast chicken too much.
